PATRICIA NOLZ
Mezzo-soprano Patricia Nolz was born in 1995. She began studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Since 2019 her studies there have included a master programme on Lieder and oratorio. She has won prizes at competitions (including the 2017 Osaka International Music Competition in Japan), and her appearances include the Schönbrunner Schlosstheater (Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, Filippyevna in Eugene Onegin, the title role in Oreste, Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro, Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia), the Arnold Schönberg Center, Clairmont Concert Hall Tel Aviv, Schloss Perchtoldsdorf (Dido in Dido and Aeneas), Soligen and Remscheid (Bradamante in Alcina), and the Herbsttagen Blindenmarkt (Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus). She has appeared in numerous concerts and is an experienced Lieder singer. In 2019 she was awarded an Anny Felbermayer scholarship. She is a member of the Wiener Staatsoper Opera Studio.
