Cash registers
Our standing room box office always opens 80 minutes before the start of the performance.
The standing room box office has its own entrance on Operngasse. The entrance is located under the arcades of our house.
For matinees, standing room tickets are issued at the box office in the opera foyer.
The federal theater box offices can be found in each of the federal theaters (Vienna State Opera, Volksoper, Burgtheater).
At the Vienna State Opera, the box offices are located in the opera foyer.

The Art for Art information desk can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm and on Saturdays between 10 am and 6 pm by calling +43 1 51444 7880.
Our opera café is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.
On performance days, the café remains open until 10:30 pm.
Our opera café is closed from July 14th to August 31st.
Of course, we also offer drinks and snacks at our interval buffets in the evening.
The Hamtil & Söhne store is located under the arcades of the Vienna State Opera, Kärntner Straße 40.
