Tasks:
- Organization of sponsor events including on-site support (premieres, sponsor receptions, priceless events, etc.)
- Management of sponsor ticket quotas and monitoring of sponsor visits
- Personal support and booking of ticket reservations for sponsors and members of the Official Circle of Friends
- Close cooperation with the ticket sales department
- Processing and organizing all rental requests and managing the rental calendar for the WSO's staterooms
- Preparation of calculations and offers for rentals
- Cooperation with various department heads (sales documents, general terms and conditions, etc.)
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training (HAK, HASCH, HLW, LAP)
- Professional experience in a comparable field of activity
- High customer and service orientation
- Flexibility with the willingness to change working hours (evening and weekend service)
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Experience with the JETTICKET program is an advantage
- Cultural affinity
- Communication skills and very good manners

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2,646.37 gross per month based on full-time employment. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.

Technical management
The Vienna State Opera is looking for

The position is full-time, 38 hours/week, starting immediately.
Tasks:
- Laying the floor coverings (dance flooring for ballet performances)
- Covering the stage floor with floor cloths
- The assembly of all textile decoration parts attached in the stage design area
- Repair work on these decorative elements
Education:
- Completed vocational training as an upholsterer
or
- Completed vocational training as a bedding manufacturer

Tasks:
The installation, connection and lighting of spotlights on the stage, the lighting bridges and the galleries - in daily operations / during rehearsals and performances
Maintaining and carrying out repair work on the extensive lighting equipment
The production of custom-made lighting equipment
Computer-aided documentation of the various lighting equipment
Education:
Completed vocational training in an electrical trade - e.g. electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics
or
Completed vocational training as an event technician
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a theater or in the field of event technology
- As a male applicant, completed military or civilian service

- Very good physical condition and resilience

Make-up artists, occasionally as evening help, starting immediately
Tasks during rehearsals / performances:
- Supervision of rehearsals and performances
- Making drawings (design sketches) and models
- Fitting and adjusting wigs, hairpieces, beards and sideburns for the actors/singers
- Fitting and adjusting bald heads, partially bald heads and hairy bald heads
- Applying different types of make-up; natural, contemporary, advantageous, etc.
- Make up parts of the face (e.g. wrinkles, scars, abrasions) and body parts (e.g. wounds, injuries, body deformations) or create them from modeling clay
- During a production, make-up and make-up changes for the actors/singers on an ongoing basis
- Applying body paint (bodypainting)
- Removing make-up from actors/singers at the end of the working day
- Providing cosmetic care for performers/singers (e.g. applying skin creams and lip balm)
- Conduct team meetings
- Properly clean the equipment used and store it in the storage room
Education and training:
- Completed apprenticeship as a hairdresser and wig maker (stylist) or
- Completed apprenticeship as a make-up artist or
- Diploma in make-up artistry or
- Make-up artist / make-up artist

The Vienna State Opera is looking for

Preparation and planning of events of all kinds, from a technical perspective
Responsibility for technical structures and equipment
Setting up, dismantling and converting scenery and stage decorations as part of a team
Installing and assembling audio, video and lighting systems
Supervision of rehearsals and performances

Maintenance and repair work on the technical event equipment

What you need:

Requirements:

- Communication between students, parents/guardians and partner institutes
- Interface between teachers, students and parents/guardians
- Support and supervision of pupils in crisis and conflict situations
- Active support from the Ballet Academy's confidential psychologist
- Picking up and accompanying students to external events and appointments, e.g. rehearsals, performances, medical appointments
- Support in the event of injuries (first aid)

- Active participation in the implementation of a student administration program
Requirements:
- Completed pedagogical training, e.g. social pedagogy or comparable psychological/pedagogical training
- Training as a paramedic is an advantage
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
- Very good PC skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent German and very good English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Empathy, resilience and communicative know-how, especially in relation to children and their parents, even in challenging situations
