KS PETER JELOSITS was born in Vienna. He was a member of the Vienna Boys Choir and studied singing at the Musikhochschule and the Conservatoire of Vienna. From 1983 to 1985, he was a member of the Opera studio of the Vienna State Opera. In 1984 he gave his debut as the 1st Priest (Die Zauberflöte). Since 1985, he is an ensemble member of the House on the Ring. He has participated in festivals such as the Carinthian Summer Festival, the Vienna Festwochen, the Schubertiade Hohenems and the Salzburg Festival. At the Wiener Staatsoper, he has performed as Jaquino (Fidelio), Normanno (Lucia di Lammermoor), Rodrigo (Otello), Wirt (Rosenkavalier), Gaston (La traviata), Yamadori (Madama Butterfly), Arbace (Idomeneo), Missail (Boris Godunow), Scaramuccio (Ariadne auf Naxos), Hirt (Tristan und Isolde), Dr. Blind (Fledermaus), Heinrich (Tannhäuser), Narr (Wozzeck), Monsieur Taupe (Capriccio), leading role in Traumfresserchen, Sir Hervey (Anna Bolena), Rustighello (Lucrezia Borgia), Tsche­kalinski (Pique Dame), Don Curzio (Le nozze di Figaro).​
