Born in Lower Austria, Daniela Fally completed her voice studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, after previously completing her studies in theatre and music and private acting courses. She is a member of the ensemble at the Wiener Staatsoper, after previously being a member of the ensemble at the Volksoper. Engagements include the Salzburg Festival, Munich Opera Festival (Zerbinetta in »Ariadne auf Naxos«), the Bavarian State Opera (Adele in »Die Fledermaus«, Zerbinetta), Hamburg State Opera (Fiakermilli in »Arabella«, Marie in »La Fille du régiment«, Zerbinetta), the Semperoper (Blonde in »Die Entführung aus dem Serail«, Sophie in »Der Rosenkavalier«, Fiakermilli), Zurich (Adele), Dusseldorf (Adele), Paris (Zerbinetta), Liège (Zerbinetta), Strasbourg (Blonde, Sophie in »Der Rosenkavalier«), Cologne (Zerbinetta), Stuttgart, Klosterneuburg (Olympia in »The Tales of Hoffmann«), the Bregenz Festival (Queen of the Night in »The Magic Flute«), the Lyric Opera of Chicago (Adele) and Tokyo (Sophie in »Der Rosenkavalier«). At the Wiener Staatsoper, roles include Sophie (»Der Rosenkavalier«, »Werther«), Olympia, Rosina (»Il barbiere di Siviglia«), Fiakermilli, Ännchen (»Der Freischütz«), Adele, Zerbinetta, Italian Singer (»Capriccio«), Oscar (»Un ballo in maschera«) and Amina (»La sonnambula«).
