Alessandro Liberatore
The multi-award-winning tenor Alessandro - a student of Luciano Pavarotti - can be heard around the world mainly in the Italian repertoire. His roles include Ismaele (Nabucco), Rodolfo (La bohème), Alfredo (La traviata), Riccardo (Un ballo in maschra), Pinkerton (Madama Buttetrfly), Cassio (Otello), Macduff (Macbeth), Tito (La clemenza di Tito) and Lucio Silla. He has also enjoyed success as Werther, the Singer (Der Rosenkavalier) and Nicias (Thaïs). He has been engaged by leading opera houses in Rome, Genoa, Madrid, Barcelona, Catania, Trieste, Palermo, Naples, Turin, Monte-Carlo, the Grand Opera in Florida, the Palm Beach Opera, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Dublin, Bergen, Liège, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, the Opera Festival in Macerata and the Paris Opéra. Most recently, he sang Cassio at the Teatro di San Carlo. He last appeared at the Teatro di San Carlo as Cassio in Otello.
