The Parisian mezzo-soprano NORA GUBISCH has performed as a guest artist in such houses as the Opéra National de Paris, San Fancisco Opera, Salzburg Festival, in Aix-en-Provence and Montpellier, at the Capitole in Toulouse, at the BBC Proms in London, La Scala Milan, in the Opera Houses of Lyon, Rome, Naples, Madrid, Dresden and Zurich, at the Théâtre du Châtelet and the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, at Avery Fisher Hall New York, Vienna Musikverein and in the Berlin Konzerthaus. Previous season highlights include works such as The red Lantern by Christian Jost in the Zurich Opera House, Carmen at the Deutsche Opera Berlin, Judith in Bluebeard’s Castle in the Vienna Festwoche as well as Lalos La Jacquerie at the Festival de Montpellier, Charlotte at the Liceu Barcelona and Amneris at the Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie in Brussels. Nora Gubisch received her principal musical training as a student in Paris at both the Saint Maur Conservatoire and the Paris Conservatoire. In 2014, Nora Gubisch was awarded the title Chevaliers des Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in Paris.
