Leonardo Neiva

The Brazilian baritone Leonardo Neiva made his operatic debut at the age of 23 as Figaro in Rossini's Il barbiere di Siviglia at the Teatro São Carlos in Lisbon. In the 2022/23 season, he was a member of the Estonian National Opera, and since September 2023, he has been a member of the Vienna State Opera. In 2009, he received the Carlos Gomes Prize for his participation in Samson et Dalila, Purcell's Dido and Aeneas, and Sibelius' Kullervo. He is also in high demand as a concert singer and has already made several recordings.
