Fabio Sartori

Fabio Sartori was born in Treviso. He sang minor roles at Teatro La Fenice before making his debut as Rodolfo in 1995/1996. His interpretation of Macduff at the opening of the 1997 season of Teatro alla Scala in Milan was a true milestone. Since then, he has been performing regularly at leading opera houses, including Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Arena di Verona, Berlin Staatsoper and Deutsche Oper Berlin, Budapest Spring Festival, Liceu in Barcelona, Moscow Bolshoi Theatre, Teatro Real in Madrid, in Los Angeles, Frankfurt, Torino, Bologna, Florence. Recently he sang Rodolfo (»La Bohème) and Gabriele Adorno (»Siomon Boccanegra«) at Scala, Ricardo (»Un ballo in maschera«) in Barcelona, Canio (»Pagliacci«) in London (Royal Opera House, Covent Garden) and in Rome, Radames (»Aida«) in Madrid and Milano, Calaf (»Turandot«) in Munich, Cavaradossi (»Tosca«) in Berlin, Pollione (»Norma«) at Teatro di San Carlo. At Vienna State Opera, Fabio Sartori made his debut in 1999 as Carlo in Linda di Chamounix, and since then he has also sung Rodolfo, Gabriele Adorno, Radames, Don Carlo and Canio.
