OPERA BALL 2025 ORDER FORM

Thank you for your interest in the Vienna Opera Ball 2025!

With this form you can send us the following reservation requests: Your tickets to the ball - the requirement to attend the ball. In addition, you can reserve seats at one of the numerous tables, so-called »table shares«, as well as spectator tickets for the opening. These are located either on the first floor, on the balcony or on the gallery.

Please note that all tickets - including table shares and opening tickets - will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible whether and to what extent we can fulfill your wishes. If we are unable to allocate tickets to you, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list and we will inform you as soon as contingents are available again at a later date. However, since this may take a little time, we ask for your understanding.

TABLE SHARES - PREFERRED ROOM

The number of seats at a table varies per room. In most cases, a table has seats for 4 or 6 people.

Table shares can only be booked in conjunction with regular tickets!
Our tables are not positioned in the ballroom area. If there are no table shares in the room you have chosen, you will be offered another one (depending on availability).

Please note that with the purchase of a regular ticket as well as a table share you will not have the opportunity to watch the opening live. However, there are screens in all rooms for the live TV broadcast.

TICKETS FOR THE OPENING CEREMONY

Spectator tickets (both seating and standing) are limited and can only be booked in addition to entry tickets! If there are no spectator tickets in the category you require, you will be offered tickets that are as similar as possible (depending on availability).

SOLIDARITY CONTRIBUTION

The donated amounts are collected by the Vienna State Opera in trust for the Caritas and transferred to them without deduction. All donations will be used 100% for the benefit of the project »Austria helps Austria«. Your donation to »Austria helps Austria« is tax deductible in Austria!

CUSTOMER DATA

Please note that after a confirmation of the reservation request, the total invoice amount must be transferred within the specified period. Otherwise, the reservation is considered cancelled. After your payment has been made, a cancellation or modification of the reservation is no longer possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Commercial resale of tickets (entrance and spectator tickets, table shares) as well as any transfer of boxes is only permitted with the written consent of the Vienna State Opera.

Entrance tickets, spectator tickets, tables shares and boxes for the Vienna Opera Ball are sold by the Vienna State Opera exclusively and directly to Opera Ball visitors. Orders from tour operators or commercial resellers will not be considered; any tickets allocated to them may be blocked.

The use of tickets, boxes and table shares for the Opera Ball in competitions, raffles, tombolas, etc. is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Vienna State Opera.

The house rules, the general terms and conditions as well as the security regulations for the Opera Ball apply.
