Refund Information

Due to the regulation of the Austrian federal government, all performances must be canceled until further notice.

Your tickets will of course be reimbursed to you. If you have tickets within a series, you will be notified by the subscription office.

If you have purchased your tickets online or via the Vienna State Opera order office by credit card or online transfer, the refund will be made automatically, you do not have to contact us.

Our service center, the federal theater box office and the information desk at the Vienna State Opera will help you with all your questions and concerns. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact the Federal Theatre Office; if you have questions regarding your series, subscriptions and orders, please contact the Service Center; and if you have any other questions, please contact the information desk of the Vienna State Opera.
