due to the decision of the Austrian Federal Government announced on March 15th, 2020 to protect the health of all of us, all service facilities of the WIENER STAATSOPER and the box offices of the Federal Theatres will be closed from Monday, 16 March 2020 until further notice.

Despite this exceptional situation, we offer you the following limited service:

The following guidelines apply to tickets already purchased for the performance period 10 March to 30 June 2020 inclusive:

• ticket prices for tickets paid by credit card, collection order via your BundestheaterCard or bank transfer will be refunded automatically.
• Customers who have paid for their tickets at the Federal Theatre box offices in cash, by credit card or by cash dispenser are requested to send the IBAN and the scanned ticket(s) to kartenverrechnung@theaterservice.at in order to charge back the ticket price.
• for refunds of tickets that were not purchased directly from the organizer, please contact the respective seller.

Tickets for future performances can currently be booked online at www.wiener-staatsoper.at or purchased by telephone with your credit card under +43/01/513 1 513 from Monday to Sunday 10am to 6pm.
